When you are finished for the day with machine ,clean up is very easy, refreeze bottles and dry out machine, nothing to it. However on unpacking it, it was apparent that it needed a Chinese to English plug adapter . This was not stated in the product specifications and meant that one had to be sourced before I could use it. However once this was sorted, it is very comfortable to wear and does the job well. It’s important that the instructions are read and the cuff must not be over used as wearing it for too long at a time may cause skin issues.
