However, Amazon employ in shipping packed (crushed) the hat in a flat box! It created a bulged crease on the front crown of the hat. After, I failed to get it out with my fingers, I used a heat gun and was able to message it out. That said, the cap is well made and looks great! Be advised it is a high crown cap and larger size than I normally encounter. I have a larger 7 5/8" head and had to tighten the back strap to second snap. Normally, I only have the minimum left on the strap.
