The indexing and cross-referencing are well-done. Additionally, Horton is very generous with his intellectual capital and the accompanying website is a great resource. So many times, e-learning products are limited, not by cost or technology, but by our own short-sighted view of the "realm of the possible." This book has certainly expanded my horizons. The book is clear and helpful but it is dense. My course is only eight weeks so there is so much material to cover in such a short amount of time. Mr. Horton does breakdown the process into smaller parts.
