Review: Great variety - Only 1 egg was cracked and it was a beautiful blue on the inside with a nice orange yolk. I’m happy that 11/12 made it! They were different sizes and different COLORS (meaning some had shades of green)! Now into the incubator they go. So excited :) I’m happy with my purchase so far and as of now I would purchase again
Review: Horrible product, worst customer service. - I have raised birds for nearly 40 years, mostly parrots, but button quail as a hobby. I have scoured the earth. Bought quail from overseas and locally. My hatch rate is 98% with buttons. These eggs were not packaged in foam, as is customary with shipping eggs. They were placed in an egg carton with bits of paper. One egg arrived cracked (dented inwards), I had very little hope for this one but I sealed the crack and incubated him with the rest. At 16 days I had 3 eggs hatch and one attempt to pip. One chick that was able to hatch, immediately died. The chick that couldn't break free itself, didnt survive. After 20 days, I opened the rest of the eggs. None were viable. None were fertilized eggs. I had 4 fertile eggs. 2 dead chicks. This company asked for a "hatch rate report" and when I reported to them, they sent me back a pre written message about "tips for incubation". They took zero responsibility for sending a defective product. An unfertilized egg is very easy to detect. If I could give them one star, I would. Ive had better luck buying from Japan.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Disappointed
*by B***I on July 12, 2025*

I really wanted to leave a great review. Shipping took a bit longer than expected for hatching eggs, and unfortunately, one egg was missing from the order while another arrived cracked and leaking. I appreciate that the company promptly issued a refund for the damaged and missing one. Out of the remaining eggs, only one successfully hatched. The chick is healthy and thriving, but quail are highly social animals and don’t do well in isolation. It’s heartbreaking that after everything, I can’t even keep him because he’d be lonely and potentially suffer from it. This whole experience overall left me disappointed, and honestly, I don’t even want to try again.
