I would argue that it is particularly aimed at scholars and other academics wanting to learn more about computer architecture but also follows on from the A-Level standard of Computer Science.

It should be said that this book is a platform. From which someone with little knowledge of digital logic at the start of the book by the end may be able to apply their knowledge to understand in great depth how a microcontroller works - with a specialisation in ARM controllers, although the book begins from a more general standpoint. I would argue that it is particularly aimed at scholars and other academics wanting to learn more about computer architecture but also follows on from the A-Level standard of Computer Science.
