    Nothing substantial about how to sleep that hasn't been said by others

First I will say this is written after another no sleep nite.  So it is grumpy.  This book has nothing new and was a waste of money.  Maybe 10 pages out of 50 had a plan to use that included getting an app or another device.  I did download the app and it seemed to work sort of.  But no sound.  I do not want to send my personal info to that "cloud" or have researchers use it without telling me what they found about ME.  Not all data.  I do not want to spend money on another gadget that has questionable reviews.  HeartMath is good philosophy but is not useful in this book.  I will stick with hemi-synch and "other" tools.  Very dissapointed.
