It felt good with the pressure as I have very achey swollen feet and legs. After a few days I felt my legs feel slimmer and the ache in my legs is a little more bearable now. The fluid retention improved. This appears to be great for people who struggle to exercise or have jobs where they are sitting for hours on end. I would definitely recommend this even though it is more expensive than others on Amazon. The communication from Apluscare has also been very helpful. ### ⭐⭐ I am disappointed the shoulder garment have only one size (XL Large) *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 February 2017* I am disappointed the shoulder garment have only one size (XL Large). As a skinny person like me, this become of no use to me. I called the customer service helpline on the day I receive the product and explain the situation but the adviser only solution is for me to turn the pressure gauge to maximum which is in contrary to the advice in the manual (as per blood pressure figures). I thought that cannot be right and I am disappointed so I will return the product as it cannot effectively help ease my condition.
