I like to think of this as a low-carb, really fancy cheez-it :D Each square of cheese is very crunchy and a bit on the salty side (for the Bacon Cheddar). The parmesan one is less robust in flavor, and tastes more creamy. My personal favorite is the pepper jack, which has the impact of the bacon cheddar (minus the smokiness) and a bit of a kick in terms of spice. Overall, its a really great choice for people who like to snack on things but don't want the carbs to go with it.
