**Q: Is this pure copper or at least some kind of conductive blend so it could be used in science class for electromagnetic experiments?**
A: The packaging only reads copper but I put a magnet to it and it had zero reaction so my guess is your good to go with it.

**Q: What is the thickness of this item?**
A: It's a little hard to tell. It's not specified but if I had to guess, I'd have to say 1 to 2 mils thick. The width is 1/4 inch. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is this black on the sticky side?**
A: If it is black on the sticky side, the product details should mention that.  I use foil that is also copper colored on the sticky side, because I generally use copper patina.
