The Dimplex Fieldstone Rustic Electric Fireplace Mantel Package adds an impressive amount of rustic charm wherever it is installed. This is a beautiful fireplace--everything about it is quality--from the fire to the heating unit. We purchased two of these after moving to a new home, and leaving the previous one behind. We have one in the bedroom and one in the basement. We keep both running with the artificial fire 24x7, which adds a classy touch even in Spring and Summer, and based on our previous unit, it'll keep running for years. We live in MN and it gets cold here. Very cold. This fireplace and its high-end heating unit works great! It can keep a large room warm and the blower as well as heating unit run silently--something you'll value at night. The thermostat and remote are easy to use, and we are delighted with this product, which despite of its size and weight shipped *free* from Amazon and arrived safely. Highly recommend this excellent fireplace!

Love it. They brought the box to our front door where we opened and unpacked it. It took the two of us about 5-7 minutes to bring it all in. When we started to look for electric fireplaces at local stores I was very disappointed with what was out there. I started researching and found Dimplex. After reading many reviews I came to the conclusion the company was known for quality and authentic flames. I decided to purchase this on Amazon due to the price as it was much cheaper than other sites. It arrived safely and was easy to assemble. It is very high quality stone work. The Dimplex fire box is high quality also and overall flame authenticity is great. Is it like a real fire, no but it is pretty darn close especially at first glance. The heat it puts out is impressive as well. It heats our 13x32 insulated basement with ease and the fan is whisper quiet. We’re very impressed and happy with our purchase.
