Then if it dose not pair press the button on the dongle 3 to 5 more seconds wait and repeat till it pairs. Only issue with the headsets are that they are hard plastic and irritate the ear where they sit. The easy fix for me was to order a bag on the flat round ear foam ear covers. They will wrap around the part that sits next to the ear and I had some one sew them on. After that I put a small slit where the USBC power connect to charge the head sets. Now I can wear them high or low on my ears with no discomfort. Price was ok. There's not any UI to interact with it or do anything on the computer. Just push the button to enter pairing. alot of other reviews dog on the "ease of use" but they're definitely not reading the manual.
