Box Contains Computer Chassis Review: It's a beast! - Even the desertcart logistics service couldn't destroy this absolute beast of a server case - see the photo of the hole in the packaging. This case is heavy and the polysterene inserts in the box were also rather broken, but the case itself totally undamaged. I think this case would possibly win in a fight with a Volvo - it's got that old Volvo reassuring utilitarian feel about it, everything rock solid. Some of the screws for the case were done up really tight, so I'll echo what other reviewers have said and suggest a decent set of screwdrivers to undo the fixings. Previous reviews have suggested that the case comes with fans - that was not the case for me, no fans at all. That's fine, I would have only replaced any el cheapo fans with something better and quieter. There's absolutely loads of space in this cavernous chassis - it will take a normal ATX PSU and a full size motherboard. My intention is to turn it into a home NAS/Plex Server, using left over components from previous upgrades. I've found it will actually fit inside part of the home entertainment shelving in the living room, so as long as the missus will tolerate the look of it there, that's probably where it's going to be located. Cooling options are great, filled it with noctua fans and it runs great. However word of warning for those wanting to rack mount, it does not fit into a wall mounted cabinet without some mods (removing handles, editing the cabinet). I can measure it more precisely tomorrow in my office. **Q: This case comes with 2 removable metal cages to hold the hdd's, can a third such metal hdd cage be purchased for this case?** A: Yes it can, it has a 3 bay hole empty where a normal 3-5x 3.5 or even denser 2.5 inch HD cages can be fitted like in any other case, also the two included railed cages are actually add-ons that can be removed too So you could put 15 3.5 inch removable hard drive locations into the front if you wanted or leave the existing ones in place and just put one in the spare 3 bay slot **Q: How to remove the foam on the front? Simple and solid build, easy to assemble. My E-ATX borad fitted in it nicely, lot of room for extra hard disk drives.
