Review: BUYER BEWARE! This is Junk and their support is sub sub par - This is a terrible unit. We had 3 of them and 2 I sent back because either it didn't brew correctly, water stop coming out and various other quirky things (hot water spout didn't work). Tech support by chat is all and every time they say they'll get back to you in 24-72 hours. If you're lucky enough and get an email and a name they'll stay with you but are powerless to resolve issues. If you try and submit a case online they want you to submit pics and videos in a non standard format. They may have other products that are good but this one is a definite BUYER BEWARE!. Our third unit just quit working after less than a month and it actually overfilled the coffee pot and made a huge mess on the floor and everywhere....after that it makes a grinding noise but won't make coffee. What a shocker :(

### ⭐ Coffee maker broke within a week

This unit stopped working after about a week of use in a business that makes a tree pots of coffee everyday but no where near the amount a restaurant would or a busy office break room. Maybe five pots a day average. After a week it started to get louder and louder when brewing. Then it started to make half pots. I tried to deal with the seller to get help, they were very difficult to contact and communicate with. After a couple of weeks of trying to get this product repaired, I was able to have Amazon refund me for this item. Makes me very Leary to buy from this manufacturer again.
