I've used this for both Mario Kart World and Smash Ultimate. I didn't notice any latency or input lag, and it is very easy to switch between inputs. It was able to connect to Windows with ease, and to my Switch 2 WITHOUT updating the firmware. IMPORTANT NOTE - I wasn't able to get the Ultimate Software (8bitdo's controller firmware updating and button input / macro software) to recognize this controller and was unable to to update the firmware. I tried everything, no luck. I've read online that the SN30 Pro controllers sometimes have issues being recognized by their software. But, as stated above, the controller connected to my Switch 2 with no issues whatsoever, so still 5 stars from me. I bought it so i could play Fornite on my mobile devices (Samsung Fold 3 & Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra). It handles beautifully. The controller & buttons are very responsive and i have not experienced any lag whatsoever. The contoller fits perfect in the hand and is not bulky in anyway. I bought a CKRD Neo controller after this one to keep at work so i can play during lunch (and because i always wanted one), but i wish i wouldve rather just bought a second Genki 8Bitdo. I think i still will and keep the CKRD as a back up for my Switch. The Genki x 8Bitdo Pocketpro is so sleek and the joysticks are nice and tight and not as wobbly feeling as the CKRD. Its probably just gaming preference because with these 1st person shooter type games you want you joysticks responsive as possible to move and look quickly. I feel with the CKRD controller you have to move the joystick more to get the same type of action. Im not bashing the CKRD Neo controller, i just prefer this one. The CKRD is far more bulkier.
