This item was shipped by a courier that Amazon works with and that process was awful, which is why I removed one star. These guys are the laziest people on earth and they wouldn't bring the dresser in past the garage without looking for some unreasonable cash tip. In their defense, the delivery does say "front door only" or something like that, but come on...Once you get past shipping, the dresser is fully assembled and was packaged so well that there wasn't a scratch or hint of damage on it. It is incredibly sturdy and the drawers all glide nice and easy (no auto close feature).
