Doesn’t get as hot as I originally thought as was hoping to trade this in for my hot water botttle for chronic stomach pains: but I feel it’s doesn’t get hot enough to get deep into my stomach like a hot water bottle. However it’s perfect for sore muscles and joints or simple heating up your lap or arms is you run cold. Again it’s smallish so read sides so you know what you are getting.
