No arch support, but I have a strong high arch and don't need it, so that's not important to me. Only thing that could make them better is if they were real leather, but alas, such a formerly common shoe material seems to have gone the way of the dinosaurs (at least in the U.S.). I also have a black pair and recently wore them to a wedding - very comfortable.
