GREAT investment if you are responsible for an elevator. *by A***R on October 21, 2024* I am the manager for a 4 story office building. Multiple times, we have had an elevator fail and this key does the trick. Instead of waiting for 30 minutes to an hour for the fire department, we just turn off the power to the elevator, use the key and poof, everyone is out in minutes. WELL worth the price and the key works phenomenally. I would urge you to watch the videos on how to use the key first, if you don't turn off the power, the magnetic locks are too strong to pull the inside cabin door manually, so make sure to turn the power off first. Once the power is off, use the key, slide the main door open, pull on the handle on the cabin and it opens right up to let the people out.
