It more than adequately served the task of allow me to take the keyboard with me and provide some protection for it in my luggage without having to worry about wrapping clothes around it. It was also of a convenient size that I could just put it in a backpack and still have room of other gear. When I got my first desertcart Fire HD 10 Tablet, the desertcart case for it was back order and I didn't have any protection for the tablet when I took it out of the house, but I found that I could fit it into the sleeve of the Aproca case and also take along the desertcart charger and cord/cable and a set of ear buds. I turned out to be the perfect travel case for several of my desertcart Fire HD 10 tablets even with them now wearing the desertcart Fire HD 10 Tablet Case/Cover. The Aproca case just provide extra protection, storage and carrying convenience without it being too big or bulky to manage. It's a harder case, so it gives protection if the keyboard gets bumped or banged around. The case has a handle that makes it easy to carry, but it's not that large so you can also fit in into a bag or briefcase. There's a little mesh pocket on the opposite inside of the case for other small items. I use this for my 10 inch tablet if I don't to carry it in a separate sleeve. That pocket doesn't really give any protection though, aside from the hard outer shell.
