Howeverit was very easy to install, ( make sure you have a white neutral wire ) . The WiFi connected immediately,and since I have other devices already connected, Alexa found it ,no additional configuration required. Never have an issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars I was sent previously-installed switches - Smart Life issue *by K***W on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 1, 2020* I received a pack of 2 switches that had both obviously been previously installed judging by the severely twisted wires and some dirt smudges and missing screws.I already had some other identical switches installed when I ordered these.I installed both of these "used" ones and they both seem to work fine.I sent emails to MICMI customer support addresses but they never even acknowledged them.I don't know if it was they or Amazon who shipped me the used switches.SO, DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have 5 of these switches installed and all seem to work well so far with the Smart Life app or Alexa.These switches come with single-gang switch plates but I always seem to need to install them in 2-gang or 3-gang boxes to replace existing manual switches. All the switches and switch covers in our new house are Eaton brand. Their switches have slightly rounded corners whereas these switches are more square. The result is that I typically have to take a knife or file and square out the corners of the switch plate hole for this switch so I can install them.These switches are supported by the Smart Life app. I am having problems with these and other switches with the Smart Life app/servers. When I setup automations triggered on sunset, they only run the first sunset. Google says other folks are having the problem too. I have been interacting with Smart Life for weeks now without any progress toward problem resolution.
