**Q: The pillow is unused and in the package. i got it out to use traveling in the car this am.  it smells so bad can’t use it. may i return?**
A: Mine had a faint odor which disappeared in a few days.

**Q: Can this be used as a back support on a sofa ?**
A: I personally use it for back support on my sofa and it’s fine; however I bought it for my husband to use and he deemed it much too small for him. He’s 6 feet tall and 220 lbs. I’m 5’6 and 170 lbs. so I’d consider the size of the person who will use it before you buy it.

Bought this in the past and have to buy another one. It is soft and comfortable compared to other hard pillow cushions. It conforms to wherever you use it. You can move it to where you need it, and it will help. I did buy seat cushions in the past and should have sent them all back, all being hard and very uncomfortable. This is the only lumbar support that clearly helps. It is not huge, so if you are larger, see if they have a larger pillow. I am a female, 5'5", 112 lbs.
