The last cart we had would hold the E cylinders, but it would hold them below the half way point, making the cylinders a sort of top heavy and awkward. This cart holds the E cylinders extremely well, and in fact holds our D cylinders more securely than our last cart did. My only regret is that I did not purchase a 4 cylinder cart. I will the next time I purchase an Oxygen cart, and I will purchase from FWF Medical Equipment. No wobble with this cart! As far as the company - Great service, quality product, and shipping is lightning quick. I highly recommend purchasing this Oxygen cart if you want a "Quality" Oxygen Cart.
