I like the generous size (compared to what I was sent home from the hospital with), and really love that they feature really grippy Velcro on the bands so the pack stays on and in place, even when moving around a lot. However, the gel pack doesn't stay cold very long. Even with a full night in the freezer it was barely cool after a couple of hours' use the next morning, so if you're looking for long-lasting cold therapy, buy a couple of extra gel packs.
