You would just need to get a proper plug converter to go from the USA style plug to the proper plug for your region. **Q: Is it working on 220 voltage** A: it runs off a low voltage power supply so the instreamer uses like a phone/ tablet charger think its 5 volt and the exstreamer uses 12 volt power supply the power supplies had american plugs on them but once adapters were found they could be used on 220 volts **Q: This arrived today, but now power supply. It indicates that it was to be included?** A: A power supply did come with mine but if its the exstreamer a standard power supply should be easily found for it but contact supplier **Q: Will this work with "I heart radio" streaming?** A: You will probably want to use a WiFi Radio instead.
