There are varied switches in there for different types of uses. I use the bigger circular switches with my feet, which they're NOT built for mind you - but they activate fine with very little pressure so I have to barely boop them with my toes to activate. That works for me. You'll have to experiment and see what works for you, depending on your ability and needs. I've played a few games now, mapping the most common buttons to 2 of these switches.
