It will not install the update. The printer keeps saying there is an encryption error. Now I can't print. I use this printer professionally. I will no longer do so. It is now a paper weight. Formlabs will only discuss another $499 expenditure from me to fix their error. We purchased a machine and after a year of working a drive motor went out. We paid to have it fixed but instead they shipped a refurbished replacement machine that still hasn't worked since the day we received it after a month of going back and forth with FormLabs.
