Review: Just What I Needed - I love this keyboard case so far. It's very sleek and functional. The only flaw, if you would call it that, is the lag the bluetooth has waking up. It's a good feature in helping to save the battery but sometimes frustrating if I am in a hurry. I would buy again.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why do some customers mention that our Magic Keyboard has weak magnetism or can't hold the iPad?**
A: This issue is caused by model incompatibility. Our Magic Keyboard is only compatible with IPAD PRO 13 (M5 2025/M4 2024) .For other iPad models, the magnet alignment differs, leading to weak magnetism and failure to securely hold the iPad.

**Q: Why did some customers receive a product with stains that looks like it's used?**
A: We're sorry for the inconvenience. All products we sell are new and quality-checked. Shipping and item condition are managed by Amazon's system. Please contact Amazon or us via Amazon for assistance if you face this issue!

**Q: Why can't my iPad power my Magic Keyboard?**
A: Our Magic Keyboard connects via Bluetooth and requires separate charging. It doesn’t rely on iPad power. Simply pair it with your iPad via Bluetooth for a stable connection. Let us know if you have further questions!

**Q: Why isn't the magnetic feature on my Magic Keyboard working with my iPad Air M2/M3?**
A: The magnetic arrangement is different, causing repulsion and preventing proper attachment. For a Magic Keyboard compatible with the iPad Air M2/M3, please reach out via Amazon. Thank you.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just What I Needed
*by C***A on 3 April 2026*

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought brand new received used!!!
*by K***R on 10 February 2025*

My husband bought me the purple case for my ipad pro and we were expecting it to be brand new but received it used. The box it came in was damaged and dirty, the charging cord is dirty. He tried reaching out to get a replacement and he got no where and I unfortunately feel stuck with a used product and paying a brand new price. This is my reason for a 2 star review. Update: I have changed my review to a 5 star as they were quick to respond and help me with my issue, they have amazing customer service and so helpful and nice. They replaced the item with a brand new one and it works amazing. It was literally delivered the following day that they sent it out. Very happy with the outcome and I do recommend ☺️.
