I think the people who are saying is wearing out and getting loud after a few months are over loading it. Or I just got lucky with my machine. Lastly, the customer service for this company is immaculate. The tab on the drain filter housing broke somehow so I contacted the company because I could not find a replacement the size this dryer requires. I expected to pay for the replacement but to my surprise the company not only responded very quickly but shipped the part out even quicker without any extra form of payment. I got the drain filter about 5 days later.
