I noticed that it is start working for few seconds when I bend the power cable, then I used another 12v power supply and the unit started working and charging. the box was not sealed so Why you have not checked the unit before you ship to customer! for me the unit looks a returned unit as it was having some dust on the edges. this unit made to be used by installer, so maybe they think we will fix it for them!! now I am using another power supply which is for another system! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not so touchy touch screen *by D***S on February 11, 2020* You need to use a touch pen or an eraser on a pencil for the touch screen. If you do not the screen will select features you don’t want. It is easy to use.
