## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I keep the wire loop from coming off in use/storage?**
A: I have looked into this further, and the best solution is to use a 3/4" washer (hole size) on the back side, between the pole and the hook. This will stop the loop from coming off, but it will then be necessary to unscrew the head to remove the loop. You can get a washer at any hardware store, or alternately I can send you one at my expense by mail in a few days. Let me know what you'd like to do. Luc.

**Q: What size is the wire rope loop?**
A: It is approx 30" long..  I have not encountered any dock posts it won't fit on in our Great Lakes.

**Q: Where are the instructional videos available online?**
A: The video doesn’t exist. I’m looking for it also.

**Q: If i have the star brite boat hook, can i remove the hook and attach this product to it?**
A: Of your star brite boat hook has a appendage at its end to screw the Dockit  on, (most have it), it should work without having to remove the boat hook.

this is great for docking alone . When combined with a telescoping pole I can slip it over the dock post and pull the boat in by my self.

Works great.  THe only comment I have is that sometimes the cord slips out of the plastic holder so you need to check to make sure it is in tight when using so it does not slip out during use.
