Review: Excellent! - Wonderful knife, pretty much as thin as a knife can be. Made in Germany, the old-fashioned way. I'm willing to pay a little more for that. Locks up solid. Action is starting to smooth out a little already. Came Verrry sharp! Impressive! I like the Otter image more than the black cat personally. Also, fully stainless, no rust! I added a Kwik thumb stud to mine for one hand opening if I need it. Designed over 140 years ago. Very cool! 👍

The lock mechanism is very positive, with no side to side movement. The blade was decently sharp straight from the package.

Wonderful knife, pretty much as thin as a knife can be. Made in Germany, the old-fashioned way. I'm willing to pay a little more for that. Locks up solid. Action is starting to smooth out a little already. Came Verrry sharp! Impressive! I like the Otter image more than the black cat personally. Also, fully stainless, no rust! It looks great and feels great. It is slim, easy to open and sturdy. I had this knife 40 years ago and it was great then and great now!
