Order next size up. Had to return for next size up and was charged for return shipping:( Have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since 2010 and ulna deviation is pronounced. This splint adds comfort and stability, but you cannot wear it during food prep, dishwashing -- anything that get hands wet.
