I also have 2 of the esplanade thru Amazon **Q: Anyone know the sharpening angle on this knife?** A: Not Shure of the angle as I just use a diamond rod for sharpening. I think the kukri style blade would be hard to sharpen with a regular Stone set. Because of the curvature of the blade. A sharpening steel that you would use for kitchen knives should work as well. Great knife, either carry the Rajah 2 or the Espada XL g10 everyday. Neither are difficult to touch up with a diamond or ceramic rod.
