Any problem,please talk with us. **Q: I tired everything to get it to work with my iPhone 13 pro and it just won’t** A: I am guessing ( I use an Android ), but you need to get a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter then plug the correct cable into the adapter. It should be the TRRS cable that is labelled smartphone. The other cable ( TRS ) is missing the connection for mic, and more like a headphone headphone connector, not a headset. The genuine Apple connector does have support for the TRRS connector. **Q: I don't get how this mic could work with a smartphone. smartphones do not provide plug in power. am i missing something?** A: I don't know if all smartphones do but many do. It's the same way that something like wired earbuds work through either the headphone jack or dongles in the power port. It just isn't a whole ton of power. **Q: What's the ideal capture distance from speaker to mic?** A: There is no specific distance. You just adjust the levels on camera.
