Didn't fit my size 10 gave it to girlfriend with a size 6 shoe **Q: How do they attach to your boot?** A: 'Boot Tops', generally, one just pulls them on, like socks, and then they have some elastic at the top (under one's knee) to stay up. To give the 'illusion' one is wearing 'boots', one doesn't Have to wear 'actual' boots, that's why one would wear just the boot 'tops'. **Q: Can these go over tennis shoes?** A: You should be able to wear over tennis shoes but be aware that these boot covers do not cover the top part of the shoe. The best part is that since you wear them over your shoes, you can wear your most comfortable ones when trick or treating or partying. They will not fit over a boot, but they will make any shoes you are wearing look like it is a boot. I wore it over black leggings, and I think that made them more realistic looking than if I'd worn them against my skin as pictured. The material is thin, but not fragile. I'm a medium build and it fit me just fine, but, it may not fit someone with big or muscular calves. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Small! I was very, very careful pulling them on and off. The buckles are cool looking but do not add help to the sizing conundrum.For a teenage girl or small adult, these would be great!
