Cradle mechanism is good quality. Review: I have old Verizon shorter one... Maybe 8 inch length one in my car that I needed to replace. So while getting that, I got this one for my dad. I wish it would be thicker in the area of holding the phone since dad had foldable cover that holds his ID and debt card but except that it was good. sucking to window part is sooooo sticky, we had hard time pulling so we gave up and left it as it and moved leg part around to adject it.
