I've been unable to find a cover that doesn't slip off overnight.** A: When it is a sofa - NO. I once tried a loveseat slip cover and it didn't fit right. As a flat bed, a fitted full/double size sheet should fit I believe. TRANE (an "as seen on TV" company) used to have covers for these, but no more I don't think.
