## Description

Product Description: The duct fan system is designed to silently cool rooms and cabinets for AV devices and ventilate air circulation and exhaust gas projects. Features an inline speed controller with PWM technology. The fan features a mixed flow design with a stator blade and two hydrodynamic wind circuits. This makes it possible to deliver airflow in applications with limited airflow. The motor has two ball bearings with 67,000 hours, so that the duct fan unit can be mounted in both directions. The device has protection class IP44 to resist dust and liquids. Includes mounting material and power supply (2-pole DE 220-240 V plug - type C or F) for connecting the fan system to a socket. This product is part of the UIS platform of Grow devices and smart controllers, which integrate with each other to achieve your ideal environment. Precise speed controller. The inline speed controller allows you to adjust the speed of the channel fan for optimal sound and air flow levels. To control the fan speed, this impeller has an EC motor, which is precisely controlled by PWM (pulse width modulation). This technology allows the fan motor to run smoothly at low speeds, without producing engine noise and heat. This S12 model can be connected to the Clouline T12 smart controller to use the same programming and power source. **Q: hello,i gonna use it in my grow room.
do i really need the carbon filter while using this fan?
if yes,can i use other brands carbon filter with it?**
A: This machine just blows air in or out.  The carbon filter get rid of smell. Two different things.  Yes, you can use a different filter mix and match equipment.

**Q: Is there no option to buy 2 fans and 1 controller?**
A: No there is no option for buying 2 fans and 1 controller. If you do buy 2 fans I would get 2 s models and buy the controller separately. Saves a little bit of money and get the same results!

**Q: I have read the reviews discussing the sizing issues with the inlet/outlet sizes being more 12.25 instead of 12.  Has this issue been corrected?**
A: If your trying to put that 12 inch flexible ducting you basically cant and just have to get aluminum tape. Its not that big of an issue though. With the tape it stays put.

**Q: Can this fan be used to exhaust kitchen hoods (e.g. inline connected to a hood liner)?**
A: I would not use such an expensive fan for a kitchen exhaust hood. The condensation and grease steam alone would gum it up and ruin it. They sell hood exhaust fans
