Majority (99%) of the "chili" base sauces, pastes etc made these days are GMO free. Pay attention to how old the label looks is the give away. The older the label the less likely its GMO free. **Q: Does this product contain whole chili pepper seeds? Many brands do; but I prefer with no whole seeds.** A: We love this stuff on almost anything... Just yesterday, I put a schmear of it on a roast beef sandwich. Yum! No seeds, but there are occasionally tiny whole garlic cloves. The garlic flavor is strong and the chili has a good strong heat index. Highly recommended! **Q: There is no expiration date on this; does it expire?** A: I have never thought about it's expiring. It stores in the fridge and doesn't mold or anything similar. I hope this helps. **Q: How long will this keep in refrigerator?** A: A couple of months, for sure. I don’t use it for weeks at a time, but when I take the closed jar out of the refrigerator it is in perfect shapt.
