Featuring dual sharpening modes—guided cassette and blade grinding attachment—it sharpens knives, scissors, and tools with customizable angles. Engineered in partnership with knife-making icon Ken Onion and built in Oregon, it offers durable aluminum construction and a 3-year warranty, delivering fast, repeatable, and razor-sharp edges every time. ## Description The Work Sharp Ken Onion Elite Mk2 is the sharpener you reach for when good enough is not enough. Designed in collaboration with famed knifemaker Ken Onion, it takes the flexible powered belt that made the original a favorite and adds the control a serious user wants. A motorized belt conforms to the edge and produces a smooth, convex bevel in a matter of minutes, so a dull or neglected blade comes back to keen, cutting sharpness without years of practice on a stone. What separates the Elite is range and precision. A fully adjustable sharpening angle lets you set the exact bevel from a delicate ten degrees up to a rugged thirty-five, matching the geometry each knife was built around. Variable motor speed lets you decide how aggressive each pass is, so you can reprofile a chipped edge quickly and then slow down for a refined finishing touch. The included blade grinding attachment opens the door to reprofiling, thinning and workshop tasks that the standard model leaves on the table. It is genuinely versatile. Kitchen cutlery, folding pocket knives, hunting and fillet knives, scissors, serrated edges and even garden tools all sharpen on the same machine, so it replaces a drawer full of single-purpose gadgets. It sits ready on a bench or counter, and premium abrasive belts change out in seconds as you move from heavy repair to a polished edge. Backed by Work Sharp's reputation among cooks, hunters and makers, the Elite Mk2 turns edge maintenance from a chore into a quick, satisfying habit, and gives every blade you own the performance it was designed to deliver. ## Features - PROFESSIONAL POWERED EDGE IN MINUTES - Motorized flex belt hugs the blade for sharpening and honing in one pass, taking a dull edge to a sharp, convex finish faster than stones or removal tools - Fully adjustable angle, from 10 to 35 degrees: adjust the belt angle for precision sharpening from delicate peeling knives to heavy-duty outdoor blades, so that each edge matches the geometry it was designed around - REPROFILE AND REPAIR USED EDGES: Grind a fresh bevel into chipped, rolled or very dull steel with the flexible abrasive belt, bringing back rear edges that a traction unit can only polish - Sharpens much more than knives: handles kitchen cutlery, pocket and hunting blades, scissors, serrated edges, and garden tools in one machine, replacing a drawer full of single-use devices - Variable speed and repeatable results: the adjustable motor speed and high-quality abrasive belts allow you to calibrate the machine to the level of material extraction you need, from heavy repair on a chipped blade to a light final touch that remains consistent ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CXG12XDQ | | Best Sellers Rank | #64,109 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #8 in Axe & Knife Sharpeners | | Brand Name | WORK SHARP | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (496) | | Grit Type | Extra Fine | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 17.8L x 28.6W x 16.5H centimeters | | Item Highlight | Powered Professional Belt System, Sharpens Scissors, Serrated and Tools, Blade Grinder, Variable Speed | | Item Type Name | Knife Sharpener | | Item Weight | 957 g | | Manufacturer | Work Sharp | | Manufacturer Part Number | WSKTS-KO2-ELT-ATL | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Model Number | WSKTS-KO2-ELT-ATL | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | UPC | 662949041157 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** WORK SHARP - **Colour:** Black - **Item weight:** 957 g - **Material:** Aluminum - **Product dimensions:** 17.8L x 28.6W x 16.5H centimeters ## Images ![Ken Onion Elite Mk2 Electric Knife Sharpener, Adjustable Angle - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81j1dWO2rKL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener Elite Mk2 - Adjustable Knife Sharpening System with Blade Grinding Attachment - Work Sharp WSSAKO81115 Replacement Belt Kit for Ken Onion Blade Grinder Attachment - 45 Pcs 3/4" x 12" Replacement Knife Sharpener Sanding Belt Kit for Work Sharp Knife & Tool Sharpener Ken Onion Edition (WSKTS-KO), 80/120/240/400/600/800/1000/2500/5000 Grits --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/719681756-ken-onion-elite-mk2-electric-knife-sharpener-adjustable-angle](https://www.desertcart.at/products/719681756-ken-onion-elite-mk2-electric-knife-sharpener-adjustable-angle) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
