Will assemble and update... *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2018* Update 4: I was offered a full refund or a new printer. I chose and have received an entire new 3d printer. I have increased the rating to 3 starts and will increase further after I have deturmined the new one works properly. I work 65 hrs a week, but I will do my best to build it soon to be fair to the seller, so a further increase in stars may be possible . That being said, it has taken more than two months to get to this point.Update 3: I have been issues another refund of $15.00... ? However, I have finally been talking with the seller (contacted outside of the Amazon system which is strange) and they have informed me they are sorry for my trouble and are sending some accessories to hopefully fix the trouble. I have increased the star rating to 2 stars. More will follow proportionally as I see the situation improve.Thank you to the seller for the help they say is on the way...Update 2: I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A ZERO STARS OPTION BE MADE AVAILABLE!!!WIthout any contact from the seller or Amazon up to this point, I received notice this morning that after 6 weeks with a burned up transformer, and 3 weeks later a squealing cooling fan on the print head, I will be getting a $5 refund. !?!?!?.I have never had concerns about buying from Amazon before. I'm done with it.Update: No resolutions have been attempted at this point. I am still waiting for a replacment power supply and now the cooling fan on the print head is squealing. Price great. Some issues with assembly due to part irregularities. Nothing the hobbyist cant handle, but you better BE a hobbyist and have the diy gene if you buy this product. Also after a very short period of use the z axis gantry pully caught on the screw head half way up, and locked the right side. Before I could get to the plug the transformer popped and let the factory smoke out. This is a 20 amp xformer and I had a 30 in my stock. All fixed now and has been running great after I replaced the transformer and pulled the screw out of the gantry. (Reinforced it with a bead of hot glue instead..Long story short... Dont buy as a gift unless you are "Product support" I see the future need for some repairs and upgrades. But I repeat- Price is great for what you get, IF IT WORKS LIKE ITS SUPPOSE TO...Problem yet to be solved: How do I get the xformer replaced, and is it going to still be maybe too small and blow up if a motor jams again?Will hope 1 star gets attention and replacment of part. Happy to amend rating. Still VERY possible to get a great review from me. It’s a time consuming assembly but it wasn’t complicated. During the assembly we notice there are some missing parts, the clamps that go on the rods. We have assembled it basically 97% and it would be a nightmare to have to send it back over missing parts.
