We purchased this coffee without high hopes, but could not pass up the price. We were very surprised by the quality of this coffee. It is a standard, medium grind, medium roast percolate coffee. During percolation it has a nice aroma. The overall raspberry flavor of this coffee clearly comes through with each sip and is amazing with a sweet cream creamer added, no sugar. The coffee itself is a bit sweeter and does not require a lot of sweetening. I frequently use this coffee in a refrigerated cold brew. Let it site for 20 or more hours and it makes an incredible raspberry flavored cold brew.
