So i did order a replacement and I believe its a much better fit and doesn't fall apart when i simply move it. I believe this is what happens when items are mass produced you get some faulty ones that just don't fit snug. So overall this item will save me alot of time down the line and using it is very simple. The price is a bit steep but overall a great product and would recommend it. The problem with labeling hexagon jars is that the label most likely won't be centered on the front hexagon unless you put a spacer between the jar and the back wall of the Label Wizard. You would have to measure out and cut a small piece of wood to do this. Other than that, the labels will go on straight and will be of uniform height from the bottom of the jar.
