The fx-9750giii is primarily being sold in the US, while the fx-9860giii is being sold in Europe. The two have minimal differences. To look at it another, way, Casio added all the fx-9860 series features to the fx-9750giii, but they didn't change the series number to match it in the US. You have what looks like two totally different calculators sold in two different parts of the world, but they are very much the same.
