Will this scrape off that coating?** A: It shouldn’t, it doesn’t take off ours **Q: will this work on charcoal grill grates?** A: Yes the best grill cleaner i ever used. It continues to clean my grill grates every time. Follow the directions on the box and you can’t go wrong **Q: Does the scrubbing part need to be replaced often or does it hold up well?** A: How many times did you use it before it needs to be replaced? **Q: It does work with infrared charbroil grills?** A: Yes, but not well. This is made more for grill grates not the infrared style grates. It really just gets the tops of the grill clean not in between the grates very well. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is so good! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 4 July 2026* I can't believe I used to manually scrub the grill after every barbecue when this does the job in 5min! See before, during and afterJust dip in a bowl of cold water and scrub the grills, done! It's like preheating your oven before cleaning it where the grease is softer and easier to clean and the brush does the job with less elbow grease required. Best purchase !! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent tool for cleaning BBQ *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 May 2026* Phenomenal bit of kit. I wanted to move away from a wire bristle style of brush for the safety concerns and opted to try the BBQ daddy and some of the scrub pads for the smaller nooks. I used them exactly as instructed. Got the BBQ upto to full temp and then used a large bowl of ice water to rinse and stiffen the pad back up. The BBQ daddy lifted everything off with ease and with absolutely no concerns about any wire bristles being left behind. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is worth the money *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 June 2026* Totally different from any other bbq brush we’ve ever used before but very effective. The bbq actually feels clean after using this.
