As for maintaining the device it I easy to use, when cleaning 5he sticker it can be used more than once and yes the scraping tool is used to get the sticker of the device not your skin as another review mentioned. It is stated in the manual how to use it. I used it during snow shoeing, it stayed on. Great additional tool for retraining ones posture. I also use a back pod and physio. Review: It does work. The app gives you many settings so you can select your vibration, its strength, length, etc. The one problem are these adhesives. And yes, they do only last 3 days (one adhesive). I solved that. Once the adhesive loses its grip, I added some double-side tape on it and it worked perfectly - for many more days. Once that was also used up, you add another strip of double-side tape. And it will go for months. I found it works best if the tape is put on top of the used up adhesive, not straight on the device.
