    Wooden bowl is great!

I have been using a wooden chopping bowl that I inherited from my mother. (She died in 1997.). A few months ago I discovered that the bowl has several "worm" holes, and that some  sort "wood-eating" creature is boring through it. I treated it with bleach and . then froze it for a few weeks. Now, I don't really want to use it for food prep any more. So, I went online and found this great solid wooden bowl. I LOVE it. Unfortunately, it is a bit too small for the ulu knife that I also bought at the same time. No matter, though, I found another mezzaluna knife that fits just fine in the new bowl. I am very happy with this bowl and plan to buy a second one.
