I can't use most Band-Aids, tapes etc.... HOWEVER, these are JUST FINE! No tearing, no rash, no abrasions, AND they actually stick pretty well! Granted, I wear them under my bra band on my side, but in the summer... I did NOT expect these to stick so well, OR that they wouldn't damage my skin! Thanks! I'm really bad about taking my vitamins daily, and these are a bit pricey... BUT it's this or none lol SO I'm hoping the price is worth it!

A: Each patch of Iron Plus Topical contained 325 mg of ferrous sulfate and 500 mg of ascorbic acid, equating to a dose of 105 mg of elemental iron. The PATCH group supplemented with one Iron Plus supplement patch (PatchMD) for 8 hr every night of the intervention. Each patch contains 45 mg of iron in the form of iron bisglycinate.

The price for these are pretty reasonable. They stay on until you take them off. They are not waterproof so you need to be mindful of that. I do like the fact that I can get my iron from this instead of taking a supplement that could upset my stomach. These do not upset my stomach.
