最初に使用していたときは、イヤホンなどでゆったり装着するイメージで大きめのイヤーピース（Lサイズ）を選んでしまっており、全く効果を得られていない状態でした。 しかしちゃんと自分の耳に合うイヤーピース（Sサイズ）を選び、装着方法も耳に少し押し込むようにしたところ、適度にしっかり遮音されるようになりました。 とても良い商品です。
