Dead as a doornail in a MONTH people! Will not turn on, if it does turn on, it shuts itself off, if it manages to be on and running, the water pump won’t bring water up onto the filter. I have thrown in the proverbial towel and returned it. DO NOT BUY THIS. PROS: Works brilliantly! I live in a desert and usual humidity was around 5 - 10%. I suffered from frequent nose bleeds, dry skin and dry eyes. This little unit has kept my bedroom at a very comfortable 45% humidity. I have to refill it daily, but that’s understandable! Refilling it is extremely easy with a water pitcher. I have not spilled anything. The unit is extremely quiet, and once I figured out I could adjust the brightness of the display on the app I think it is a perfect humidifier. I would absolutely plan on using the app if you purchase the device. The functionality of the top display is such that you really are better off using the app. It works seamlessly once you get the controls down. CONS: Keep in mind that when using the included QR code to “register” the device you’re only guided into signing up for the blue air promotional emails which is why I’ve knocked one star off.
